Kelce Named Fraud Victim; Operator Sentenced 11 Years

U.S. District Judge Zachary M. Bluestone sentenced Siddharth Jawahar to 11 years in prison on September 15, 2026, in St. Louis. Prosecutors named Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce as a victim in court that day. Jawahar also received three years of supervised release and must pay $31.35 million in restitution after pleading guilty in January to three counts of wire fraud. Jawahar operated Swiftarc Capital LLC, a Texas-based firm, and collected $35 million from investors between July 2016 and December 2023. Only about $10 million was actually invested, with about 99 percent of client funds placed into Philip Morris Pakistan. A 2021 Forbes article listed Kelce as an investor in the Swiftarc Venture Labs Fund. Before sentencing, support letters including one from Rep. Sam Graves recommended four years. The judge rejected the leniency request and imposed the 11-year term. What is contested: none found.
