Honestly a stylus makes more sense on a foldable than a regular iPhone, more screen real estate to actually use it for notes or sketching.
Prototyping isn't commitment, Apple tests tons of stuff that never ships. Wouldn't get excited or worried either way yet.
If they can make a stylus that doesn't add bulk or weight, I'd actually consider it. Samsung's had this figured out for years with the Note line.
