PNB transfers RM20.3m to FashionValet, court told — Jul 24, 2026In the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court, it was disclosed that Permodalan Nasional Bhd transferred RM20.3 million to FashionValet Sdn Bhd in two 2018 payments, RM11,953,509 on June 4 and RM8,365,001 on December 20, with 22 authorised signatories and no restrictions imposed on the funds. The trial of Fashion Valet co-founders Vivy Yusof and her husband continues to hinge on these transfers and related RM8 million in investment funds from Khazanah Nasional and PNB.
