A coalition of unions and education groups filed multiple lawsuits to block Trump administration policies: challenges to changes in federal worker performance evaluations as exceeding authority and violating civil service law; opposition to a rule reducing graduate student loan limits for certain professions; and lawsuits against visa-duration rules for international students, exchange visitors, and foreign journalists that purportedly disrupt education and immigration processes.
