DAZN to Acquire EverPass, Expand US Footprint — Aug 26, 2026DAZN is acquiring EverPass Media to bolster its US expansion and rebrand the business as DAZN for Business, leveraging EverPass’s commercial distribution platform for live sports in bars, hotels and other venues. EverPass’s exclusive rights to NFL Sunday Ticket and partnerships across major leagues will become part of DAZN’s portfolio, with Alex Kaplan remaining as leader and RedBird Capital Partners, 32 Equity and TKO Group Holdings becoming minority shareholders.
