Eaton to Invest $242M in North Little Rock Factory

Eaton plans to invest over $242 million to build a 1 million-square-foot manufacturing facility in North Little Rock, creating about 1,200 jobs and doubling the company’s U.S. capacity for modular electrical enclosures from its Fibrebond business. The project, developed with local and state partners and following Eaton’s 2025 Fibrebond acquisition, will include hands-on training and career advancement opportunities for workers.
