Munich Re Plans To Acquire At-Bay For $575M — Aug 19, 2026Munich Re is acquiring Israeli insurtech At-Bay for an enterprise value of $575 million, integrating it with HSB to offer continuous cyber risk monitoring and proactive risk mitigation as part of a broader shift toward integrated cyber risk platforms. The deal, expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, cements At-Bay as a top-10 US cyber insurer with substantial funding and a broad investor base, including Microsoft’s M12 and Lightspeed, among others.
