Nasdaq’s venture arm is investing $100 million in Payward, Kraken’s parent, valuing Payward at about $21 billion and expanding a partnership to advance tokenized market infrastructure and Nasdaq Equity Tokens (NETs). The collaboration aims to launch NETs in 2027 and includes a new market surveillance agreement to bolster governance and market integrity.
