Iowa State picks Auburn deputy Benko to succeed Pollard as AD — 1dIowa State has selected Auburn executive deputy athletics director Jared Benko to succeed longtime athletic director Jamie Pollard, with Benko set to start Oct. 30 pending approval by the Iowa Board of Regents.
