The Athletic’s Connections: Sports Edition daily puzzle, created by Mark Cooper, offers four four-word groups with spoiler-free hints, solutions, and a link to a Soccer Edition for an extra challenge. The NYT–Athletic collaboration expands Connections into a sports-themed daily game with published hints and solutions for the current and recent puzzles (including numbers #714 and #713) that reset at midnight in readers’ time zones.

Hope they keep the soccer edition separate, mixing all the sports into one puzzle would just make it impossible for casual fans like me.
