ACCC clears $40 billion Kimberly-Clark Kenvue deal after period-care brand sale — Sep 2, 2026Australia’s competition regulator cleared Kimberly-Clark’s proposed $40 billion takeover of Kenvue on the condition that Carefree and Stayfree brand divestitures occur in Australia to preserve competition in the period-care market, a move aligned with similar conditions from New Zealand.
