Unwanted Mastiff Puppy Overcomes Every Obstacle

Willow is a Neapolitan Mastiff puppy who was unwanted by her breeder, and given just one chance for adoption. She was born with Swimmer’s Syndrome which prevents her from walking or even standing. The cost to help her overcome the syndrome and learn to walk is expensive, and a price that her owner was not willing to pay, and one that her breeder's typical customers wanted no part of. Though Willow's little puppy siblings were sold for the price of anywhere between $1,000 - $3,000 each, Willow wasn't worth anything to her owner with that one single "defect". Willow was about to be thrown out, but was given a single chance when she posted on social media that she was up for adoption.
The timing could not have been more perfect, because the president herself of 2nd Chances Rescue in Norco, CA, Jennifer Williams, saw the post, and went immediately to Willow's rescue. Willow was given love, comfort, and therapy which helped her be able to walk with only weeks time.
Willow is now eight months old and is just as healthy as her siblings. She stands strong, plays like a normal puppy, and proves that you don't have to be "perfect" to be loved.
