Scrumptious Three-Ingredient Cookies Made In Minutes
Holly Reyes 1/15/2016
She was craving a cookie, but wanted something healthy. Three ingredients, and two minutes later, she had both in one. She uses all-natural, raw ingredients that are healthy, proving you don't need a cookie loaded with sugars, butter, or chocolate chips for it to taste amazing. When craving a cookie like she did, try her simple recipe.
She uses one ripe banana, one handful of dried fruits, and one cup of rolled oats - easy as that. But it gets even better, her cookies can either be baked for 15 minutes, or simply placed in the microwave for just a couple minutes. Both ways taste the same, so if you're in a rush, try the microwave for a convenient snack that will satisfy that sweet tooth. What's super fun about her cookies is that they can be made in a variety of ways.
She uses raisins in hers, but as she mentions, any dried fruit can be used. The possibilities are endless what healthy fruits and flavors can be added in these wonderful cookies. They're even healthy enough to be eaten for breakfast, or packed in your children's lunch box for school.
