We're all guilty of this. We see something sparkly and shiny and we can't help but be drawn to it's radiance. Whether it's glitter, jewelry, or shiny stones it doesn't matter because if it's shiny and bright it'll get our attention, so why not have a little fun with decorating with beautiful glass gems.
Festive Lamp Shade
Don't throw out old lamp shades. Instead, repurpose it by covering it in brightly colored glass gems.
Making a sun catcher has never been easier. All you have to do is squeeze clear Elmers glue inside the inner lid to coat the bottom nicely. Once completely coated arrange the gems around it and allow it to set for 2-3 days until you can just pop it out of the container to hang outside with fishing wire. Easily create glass magnets by placing various different patterns of scrapbook paper or your favorite pictures of family onto the back of glass beads using mod podge. Once they've dried, attach a magnet to the back to make beautiful magnets.
