How To Hang A Sweater Without Ruining The Material

Stop filling your drawers with sweaters, and start hanging them in the closet the right way. Jared Prince from "How Does She" teaches us how to place a sweater on a hanger without stretching it out.
Typically, hanging a sweater in your closet is a "no no." After all, it can lead to the sweater stretching, becoming droopy, and even developing those annoying shoulder bumps. The other option is to fold your sweaters and place them in a drawer. While this method certainly works - they can easily take up all of your drawer space with only a few garments. In addition, folding can cause lines and creases in the material.
Well, get ready to try something new! In the video, Jared shows us a clever trick for hanging a sweater on a hanger without ruining it. All you have to do is fold it in half lengthwise (sleeve to sleeve). Then, lay the hook of the hanger in the armpit (with the hook down). Now, flip over the body, then the arms of the sweater...and you're done! Now you can save room by placing your sweater in the closet, all without stretching it out and causing dents. What an amazing tip!
