Place your pieces of pineapple next to one another on the parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 225 degrees. After 30 minutes in the oven, flip the slices, and bake an additional 30 minutes. You will notice the pineapple slices shrinking and drying as they bake. If your slices need a bit more baking, increase your cook time in 5 minute increments.
Once your slices are golden around the edges, pull the baking sheets from the oven. Carefully remove your pineapple pieces and place them gently into the muffin cups. You will want to allow your flowers to sit overnight in these tins, as the curved natural flower look is created!
