Fashionable and Affordable DIY Sneakers

You don't have to spend a lot of money to be fashionable. Brooke from "What's Up Moms" teaches us how to transform white canvas sneakers into stylish footwear - all for less than ones sold at the store.
What you'll need: Slip on canvas sneakers, Fabric (thin fabric or lace work the best), Fabric glue, Fabric scissors, X-acto knife, Paintbrush... The first thing you need to do is cut your piece of fabric to the size of the front panel of the shoe. Then, paint fabric glue onto the surface. Don't be afraid of using too much - as it will dry clear. Now, place your fabric onto the shoe, and paint some more glue on top to ensure that it stays in place.
Once your shoes are dry, it's time to trim off the excess material. At first, you can use scissors to cut off any big sections of leftover material. Next, take an X-Acto knife to detail all of the little corners of the shoe, making sure that all of the excess has been removed. Repeat this process everywhere on the shoe you would like to add some extra flare... All that's left to do now is go show off your fashionable new sneakers!
