Her Pantry Was A Mess Until She Tried Simple Tricks - I Can't Believe The Difference

Ever notice how pantries are perpetually disorganized? Even with time spent rearranging, it's not long before clutter reigns supreme. Fortunately, you can finally establish order and optimize space!
In The Beginning... There Was Chaos!
Tired of her pantry getting so easily scattered, Emily from Decorchick decided something had to be done. Unashamedly, she revealed her disorganized pantry. Looks totally normal, doesn't it?
Two Heads Are Better Than One
Enlisting her dad for help, the two of them came up with some ingenious ideas. Emily's first thought was to pile the kitchen counters as she emptied her pantry of its contents. Luckily, her father stopped her and suggested the use of boxes, so that daily life could go on without disruption as the project progressed.
A paintable beadboard wallpaper was chosen to cover the walls of the pantry. Emily painted shelves, and her dad put up the wallpaper. (Not at the same time, obviously!)
Next came the turntable carousels that her dad designed for her. Notice the edging to keep items from falling off?
Round, Round, Get-Arounds
They even installed a turntable on the floor. What a great idea!
The Best Part
Soon, it was time for the real fun! Being able to empty the boxes and put everything in its place... just as Emily had envisioned.
Nooks And Crannies
Emily purchased containers to organize cereals, crackers, and grains. This helped her get rid of the unsightly boxes and gave the arrangement a cleaner look.
What You See Is What You Get
Glass canisters were perfect for some items and could be easily labeled. It's great to be able to see the contents at a quick glance.
Keeping It Fresh
Jars with screw tops or spring-lids were chosen for pastas and dried beans. This can help seal in the freshness and extend the shelf life of these foods.
The Grand Finale
Finally, all is in proper place. Look! There is even room for a decorative wreath above the top shelf! How cool is that?!!
