If you chose to roll your bread, place them onto a cupcake tin that has been greased with butter. For the triangles, use a parchment-covered baking sheet instead. Sprinkle with more cinnamon and sugar. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown with a little crisp.
